The women in our family have been quilting for generations. Although I had been sewing since I was about 6, I resisted the quilting urge until I wanted to create something very special to wear to a charity ball. My first "wearable art" was accepted to Mid-Atlantic Quiting Extravaganza! That spurred me on to create more wearables and then move into quilts. I am still developing my style after almost 15 years of quilting.
There will be web pages here for myself (Kathy), and both of my sisters (Barbara & Sandy), my niece (Valerie), and my daughter-in-law (Jennifer). I hope I can add more pages as more family members catch the quilting bug.
